Terms and Conditions

• The minimum purchase is $50 (100 pixels), and the maximum purchase is all available pixels on the home page grid;

• Your GreenLifePixels.com purchase does not constitute ‘ownership’ of any part of the homepage or the GreenLifePixels.com site. Through your Pixel Ad purchase,  you are granted the right to submit a linked image or URL, which we will publish on the GreenLifePixels.com homepage in the respective space you have paid for;

• Once your image or link is submitted and purchased, it cannot be changed unless your site is removed or there are legal implications that would require us to remove the link and image. Please take the necessary steps to properly select the image and link you want on the homepage. The duration of your Ad is guaranteed for a minimum of 3 years from the date of purchase.

• If your image and link are accepted and published on the homepage, you cannot get a refund;

• We do not accept obscene, offensive, adult images or links and we reserve the right to determine what is appropriate for GreenLifePixels.com.  If you submit an image or link that is rejected, you will have 72 hours to provide an alternative. If you do not respond with an appropriate alternative in 72 hours, your money will be refunded and you will lose your pixel space;

• If your link is accepted and you later change the content of the linked site to show offensive/obscene/adult material then your link will be removed immediately. You will not get a refund of any kind for the link downtime, but are welcome to supply an alternative appropriate link;

• If you decide to have your image and/or link removed from the homepage for any reason, you can do that, but you will not receive a refund and that space will become public domain – available for purchase once again.

• Images submitted must be the exact size you have paid for (eg. 100 pixels = 10x10 pixels);

• Images must be in GIF or JPEG format, and a reasonable file size;

• At this time, we do not accept animated images;

• You must have the authority to provide the image and link for the website you submit;

• Funds must be fully received and cleared before your pixels go live on the homepage;

• Though we make every effort to keep our site fully functional and operational at all times, there may be occasional downtime for site maintenance;

• Once your Pixel order has fully processed, your Ad should appear immediately. If you have any problems or need assistance, don’t hesitate to contact the Webmaster via our contact form.
